It is designed for sewing waistbands of medium heavy to heavy materials such as jeans and working pants.
As needle feed and lower feed are linked, both feeding amounts can be adjusted at the same time by push-button operation.
An additional rear puller is available as an option.
The needle feed solves any problems, such as twisting, puckering and slipping of the material.
Has a wide range of applications as it can sew material up to a width of 70mm, especially tubular goods such as waistbands, elastic attaching, sewing shirts fronts and more.

FBX-1102PA-2WAC
Cylinder bed, 2(4) needle double chain stitch machine with needle feed for attaching waist bands to jeans. Double puller, skip stitch device and automatic cutter result in a uniform quality finish. Pulse motor synchronizes feed parts, so automatically waist band (and chain off) can be cut and skip stitches are made both in the beginning and in the end during sewing according to the required measurement.
FBX-1102PAC-AC/LS
2 needle, cylinder bed needle feed, automatic waist band machine for jeans and similar goods. This automatic unit is a special class of our FBX-1102PA-2AC as the outer needle performs a lock stitch - with a rotary hook and large bobbin - whereas the inner needle performs the usual chain stitch. Due to this combination (lock stitch & chain stitch) system, this machine eliminates any problems such as puckering and then makes neat finish.
This unit for the continuous waistband automatically cuts the two ends of the waistband and has auto-skip stitch in order to leave the ends unstitched. The puller system and needle feed make this machine more productive & reliable.
