We follow international ISO 9000 standard procedures for all industrial machine installations such as:

• Pre Installation Site Visit: Service Managers & Service Heads visit every customer’s manufacturing unit to discuss their requirements for installation (i.e. air & power requirements), machine movement plans, spaces offered with recommendations and any other unique requirements.
• We use sophisticated tools suggested by the manufactures to handle installations professionally while completing your job within the stipulated time.
• Post Installations: We carry out a 4 start pre inspection to guarantee that your machines are ready to go before we hand over all the tools & accessories.
• An official demo of the various features of your machines is given along with application support to your operators, maintenance staff and factory managers.
• We educate all our customer about basic maintenance for extending the life of your assets.
• Complaint Registering Procedures (CRP) & Warranty Terms are explained in length if you were to have a breakdown at any given point in time.
• A sign off procedure is carried out to understand if you have any special requirements in the near future

Warranty is the prime facia of industrial equipment as they go threw their asset-life-cycle. Our customers can claim for parts and service at any point in time during this period and further.

•  After completion of installation, specific data is entered into our CRM Software to plan and prepare schedules for warranty visits for the following months.
• Our highly skilled service engineers make periodic visits to inspect all the machines and provide corrective suggestions where ever needed in terms of application or maintenance.
• Any number of breakdown calls will be attended to apart from general visits that vary for each of our products.
• General Preventive Maintenance is the foremost important tool for Asset Care that we abide to and these procedures will be carried out as per the schedule given by the manufacturer.

This is similar to a Comprehensive AMC, but in this, the cost of spare parts replacement must be borne by the customer. This usually means only service. Preventive maintenance comes under this and a consultant will advise on hardware break downs

Our On Site Service offers technical assistance for a Non-comprehensive AMC including

• Periodic Preventive Maintenance
• Operational Maintenance
• Corrective Maintenance
• All services are inclusive of labour but exclusive spare parts cost

Our technical assistance, service and repair for all types of industrial equipment happens at your site on a paid basis if your assets are not covered under warranty.

We have a fixed hourly nominal rate for our engineers services depending on the product or process that needs to be attended and this includes

• Free pick up & drop facilities of all types of machinery's
• Inspection of your complete machine
• Listing of required spare parts
• Refurbishing of machines with implementation of automation
• Modification of Machines as per the product applications and based on the manufactures suggestions
   

IIGM Inhouse Service center is equipped with most sophisticated modern setup, handled by well qualified overseas trained industrial maintenance technician to handle the most complex service issues for many different types of machines. IIGM also provide free pick & drop facility within our office regions.

Printed Circuit Board (PCB) Service tests various components such as the Inverters, Servo Drives, Programmable Logic Control (PLC) & Graphic Operation Terminal (GOT) with the help of automatic testing equipment.

IIGM PCB Service Centre was started in the year 2001 with well equipped systems and sophisticated tools such as Surface Mount Devices (SMD) re-work station, Oscilloscopes, Electro-static Sensitive Devices (ESD), Safety Devices, Automatic testing equipment with in-built software to test all kinds of analog and digital Integrated Circuits (ICs).

We have a sophisticated SMD re-work station, which is capable of supporting 0402 package. We have successfully repaired single layer, multi layer and double sided PCBs.
