The GERBERspreader 250s is designed to work smoothly with Gerber's G model static (air flotation) and conveyor spreading tables, delivering a whole cutting room solution
The system is available in widths of 160cm (63in.), 180cm (71in.), 200cm (79in.), and 220cm (87in.)

Built-in intelligence:

To expedite operator training and reduce setup time, the system is controlled via a touch screen panel that helps the user through the process of entering marker lengths and overlap/splice points
A multi-function throttle allows the operator to manage material threading/rewinding/cutting as well as spreading start/stop with one hand

Fast and safe:

To ensure worker safety, the spreader's cradle feed system has an automatic cradle tilt, which allows for quick and easy loading/unloading and threading/rewinding of material rolls
An optional loading mechanism raises large fabric rolls from the floor to the spreader cradle and vice versa, making it simple and safe to load and unload rolls
