TETRIS 500is a stacker for flat linen having maximum dimensions of 1200 mm length and 600 mm in width

Principle of operation.

• Feeding belt of the item output from the mangle (1)
• Stacking belt with inversion of motion function (2)
• A belt for  the  transfer  of  pile  with  inversion  of motion function (3)
• A belt for accumulation of piles (4)

Methods of stacking

• Type A stacking

The items are stacked on each other without undergoing any type of fold excluding the selection of the crosswise fold in the middle of the pile.

• Type B stacking

The items are stacked on each other without undergoing any type of fold including the selection of the transverse crease in the middle of the stack.

• Type C stacking

Each item receives a fold in half and then stacked. All  transport  described  above  are  driven  by brushless  motors  and  drives  are  controlled  in position to be able to ensure the synchronization of the movements.

The process of operation of the stacker is controlled by PLC,  touch  screen  operator  panel  and  control software.
