IIGM PCB Service Centre was started in the year 2001 with well equipped systems and sophisticated tools such as Surface Mount Devices (SMD) re-work station, Oscilloscopes, Electro-static Sensitive Devices (ESD), Safety Devices, Automatic testing equipment with in-built software to test all kinds of analog and digital Integrated Circuits (ICs).
Printed Circuit Board (PCB) Service tests various components such as the inverters, servo drives, programmable logic control (PLC) & graphic operation terminal (GOT) with the help of automatic testing equipment.
We have a sophisticated SMD re-work station, which is capable of supporting 0402 package. We have successfully repaired single layer, multi layer and double sided PCBs, alternate current (AC) and direct current (DC) servo drives, inverters, computerized numerical control (CNC) machine control cards, sequencers, power supplies and switched mode power supplies (SMPS), temperature controllers, counters, logic boards and many more.
We have a sophisticated SMD re-work station, which is capable of supporting 0402 package.
